Loveyourpetlonger.com offers full refunds on products that are sealed, unused and in good condition, within 30 days of receipt of the order.

To return your item please contact us through our email at support@loveyourpetlonger.com. We will email you back the return authorization number to be written on the outside of your package. Your item must have a return authorization number. There can be no damage to labels and no bottles can be broken. Loveyourpetlonger.com does not refund shipping charges or return-shipping charges

When returning your item please include in the package the following information:

Your Name, Address, Telephone Number and the reason you are returning the item.
All items returned should have adequate cushioning and should be sent via trackable UPS/FEDEX to:

2 Ways To Save On Shipping

Loveyourpetlonger.com has no control over the cost of shipping pet food. We have developed 2 new programs that will help offset the cost.

1. Every time you purchase pet food you earn Loyalty Points. When you reach 200 points we will send you a $10.00 coupon by email.This program started March 1, 2007 and only purchases on or after this date will be viewed as Loyalty Points.

2. Every time you refer a friend who then purchases pet food, you will receive a $10.00 coupon by email. Simply email us at support@loverpetlonger.com with the name of the person you are referring. There are no limits to the number of people you may refer. Those referrals are required to purchase 1 bag of pet food or 1 case of pet food cans.
